| Our grandfather, Frank DePizzo, grew up in Colobraro in the southern region of Italy known as Basilica where he learned how to make these authentic Italian sausage products from his ancestors. In 1920, when he was 20 years old, he emigrated to the United States and began to share these delicious sausage products with his friends and family. The recipe was then handed down to our father, Guy DePizzo, who continued this tradition and also started to sell them at his local grocery store. |

| The products became so popular with customers, friends, and family that we decided to concentrate on selling them so others could enjoy them as well. We have expanded our product line to include kielbasa. Our fresh products, including fresh Italian sausage and kielbasa are available locally. We will be offering beef jerky on our website and locally in the near future. |
