Smoked Dry Italian Sausages

Dry sausages are a more concentrated form of meat made from pork that is ground, seasoned with spices and mixed with natural curing ingredients, packed into a casing, and then moved through a controlled air-drying process. We don’t use fillers and we don’t use artificial ingredients or preservatives. These sausage products have been smoked, dried, and salt cured. Serve with cheese, crackers, and olives or peppers.
